William Loving is a veteran community banker and currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors at TCM Bank, N.A. He has lead Pendleton Community Bank as President/CEO since October 2000.
Loving has been a driving force in community banking for decades, with leadership roles that include Director at Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), Director at ICBA Bancard, Board member of the Community Bankers of West Virginia, Chairman-Elect of ICBA (2012–2016), and Director at West Virginia Bankers Association. He is also actively involved in local economic development, serving as a member of the Pendleton County Economic & Community Development Authority and the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce.
Under his leadership, Pendleton Community Bank has expanded its services and maintained a strong commitment to personalized banking. The bank offers a wide range of commercial and consumer banking products, including online and mobile banking, business services, and fraud protection.
