TCM is making a deliberate, multi-year investment in service infrastructure and credit card platform modernization.

What is Changing

Consumer and business accounts are being migrated from the FIS TBS platform to FIS P1C platform on June 15, 2026, enabling improved servicing capabilities and long-term platform modernization. Accounts will remain on the Visa brand network for 2026.
- Business cardholders will now have access to a more robust administrative level online account management platform, eZBusiness Card Management. See eZBusiness tab above or click here for details.
- TCM is replacing the MyCard Mobile app with new and enhanced Card Suite Pro app on June 15, 2026. See Card Suite Pro tab above or click here for details.
When it Will Occur
What is the Impact
There is minimal impact to your bank and our mutual cardholders.
- No immediate card network brand change
- No card replacement tied to brand network
- Cardholders will continue to have access to current digital channels like MyCardStatement and cRewards
Cardholders will gain:

- Access to new and enhanced Card Suite Pro mobile app for personal accounts.

Customer Impact
Personal cardholders will receive new Mastercard® cards as accounts migrate from FIS to Fiserv. The updated cards will include contactless functionality, refreshed card designs, and enhanced Mastercard benefits. Cardholders will also gain access to the new Community Card Connect website and mobile app.
Partner Impact
Agent Banks should be prepared to support questions related to new card activation, updated card designs, and enrollment in the new account management platform.
