Rural economic index climbs to highest level since 2023

Creighton University’s index of rural economic conditions climbed to 52.0 in January, its highest reading since July 2023.

Details: Farm and ranchland prices fell, equipment sales were up from December, and the loan volume dropped but remained solid.
