Kelly Kroskie comes from MVB Bank where she was the Chief Operations and Digital Officer, overseeing Lending, Deposit & Payment Operations, Fintech Operations, Digital and the PMO. Prior to MVB, Kelly was an Executive Director with JPMorgan Chase, where she was instrumental in the development and delivery of a full suite of digital account origination capabilities.
Previously, she was a senior leader at Alliance Data (now Bread Financial), where she served first as the Senior Director of Digital Capabilities and then as the Chief Operational Risk Officer for the Card Services business. Before that she spent three years at JPMC working on the Chase.com digital transformation and eight years at Fiserv, focused on innovation/new product development, large scale client implementations and technology conversions and integrations. Kelly holds a BS in Finance from Iowa State University.
