FHFA: Enterprise mortgages see fewer delinquencies in October

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported that the 60-day delinquency rate for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac decreased to 0.93% in October while the serious delinquency rate remained at 0.55%. Foreclosure starts increased 3% while third-party and foreclosure sales rose 13% during the month.
