Fannie Mae provides shutdown guidance

Fannie Mae published temporary guidance on selling and servicing policies that may be impacted by the partial federal government shutdown that began on Feb. 14.

Details: The enterprise said the temporary policies are effective immediately and will automatically expire when the federal government resumes full operations.
