Anita Drentlaw, as a fourth-generation banker, has worked her way up through nearly every role in the bank—from teller to executive leadership—since joining full-time in 2002. She became President/CEO in 2014 and served as the bank’s CFO from 2002 to 2013.
She graduated with honors from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in 2010 and Summa Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in 2000. She earned her CPA from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy and has held several leadership roles in the banking industry.
Drentlaw serves on advisory boards for the Minnesota Department of Commerce, FDIC, and CFPB, offering insights into community banking policy. Her community involvement is extensive.
