Total Card Management® We are a community bank that believes in community banks.
Cardholder Services
TCM issues credit cards on behalf of our community bank partners. If you are an existing cardholder, and have questions about transactions, payments, your credit limit, or other features of your credit card, we are happy to help.
Portfolio Purchasing
Credit cards are all we do. We’re the industry’s only purchaser of credit card portfolios dedicated to working with you instead of competing with you. That means we’ll never cross-sell other financial products to your customers.
Credit Card Program
Through our agent Total Card Management® program, we help your community bank grow with a well-rounded selection of credit cards that come without the hassle of starting and managing the program yourself.
We Are TCM Bank

Lessons Learned by Damon Moorer
Dec. 12, 2019
Lesson #1: In recent years, leadership success has undergone a paradigm shift due to next-gen servant leadership concepts. Service first leadership allows an organization to embrace it’s "why" or "purpose." Once the purpose is adopted, strong long-term performance follows.
Lesson #2: A “profit before people” philosophy does not sustain organizational excellence in today's marketplace. A “people before profit” philosophy improves organizational performance and associate engagement. This leadership model fosters healthy long-term performance and a culture of innovation.
Lesson #3: Empathy and trust are the keys to leadership. When leadership shows empathy and trust in those they lead, it is reciprocated. A climate of trust is built by leadership encouraging empathy, acknowledgment of errors, and celebrating lessons learned.
